No, we have traditional storage units. These are the most popular choice for storage. Suitable for the types of items you would be comfortable storing in a typical household garage. This is for storing items not susceptible to heat or cold temperature fluctuations. Traditional storage units provide the convenience of drive-up access.

Rental Agreements are month-to-month, with no long-term commitment or minimum stay. Kindly give us at least 2 weeks notice prior to vacating.
A late fee is assessed 5 days after the payment due date and unit access will be restricted. A $15 late fee or 15% of the monthly rental payment, whichever is greater, will be applied. Should payment be more than 30 days late, the account enters a “lien” status in which additional fees are posted to cover associated legal expenses. Once an account is in “lien” status then a $200 lien fee will be applied, and auction preparation can be started.
At this time, we are not requiring you to get insurance for your belongings. HOWEVER, we are not responsible for your belongings or property in any way, shape, or form. Please read through the rental agreement very carefully before signing. Page 3, section 8 states it is solely your responsibly to secure insurance to protect yourself and your property.
